PARTNERSHIP-FOCUSED INVESTORS BUILDING LASTING AMERICAN ENTERPRISES
THE CHINOOK STORY
Chinook Investment Partners ("Chinook") is an entrepreneurial equity capital partner focused on investing in lower middle market, American companies in growing, fragmented industries. Chinook is dedicated to forging genuine, enduring partnerships, driven by a deep desire for creating win-win outcomes with outstanding people. We have a passion for finding exceptional businesses, believing that true equity value is unlocked through aligned incentives, disciplined execution, and maximizing the power of the entrepreneurial spirit. Together, we empower individuals to reach their highest potential and achieve bold, shared goals.
Our firm name "Chinook" is named after the determined chinook salmon of the Pacific Ocean. These creatures are born in rivers and streams high in the mountains of the western pacific. After spawning, they migrate to the ocean, avoiding killer whales, eagles, sharks, bears, and numerous other predators. They then swim upstream on another perilous journey to the same rivers and streams they were born in, to spawn and further the species' evolutionary journey. To us they resemble a species that has always known its mission; Chinook Investment Partners is the manifestation of our longstanding ambition to create staunch partnerships that generate significant economic and human-centric value for our stakeholders.
OUR MISSION
Create long-term economic and human-centric value for Chinook’s investors and investment portfolio company partners through diligent stewardship and thoughtful deployment of capital in growing, lower middle market, American businesses.
